I have been a customer of Wittons Jewelers for over 40 years for both minor repairs necklace & bracelet catches, watch batteries etc, together with a handful of 'four figure' purchases and always been delighted with both the quality and personal service. This week I have just had a major repair carried out on a fairly valuable single diamond / platinum ring. The result is better than new!! Can't praise the company and staff enough. Thankyou.

Always receive the very best of customer care and expert and honest advise . They always go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with your purchased. My self and my family have used the Witten showroom in Sunderland for over 40 years and would never shop anywhere else .

A local family ran jewellers that really know their stuff. Had the most beautiful diamond engagement ring made for my partner, Thank you for the excellent customer service and care.

My go to shop for watch repairs and service, in there in house store workshop. Always polite and helpful. Conveniently located in the city centre.
