Story

Clusters is a family run jewellery store and repair workshop in the heart of Whitley Bay town centre. We have 2 on-site qualified Jewellers who give a personal and efficient service. We can offer our customers a full Repair, restore and re-design service as well as creating one off pieces of jewellery to suit you need and budget.
We also stock a wide range of jewellery and watches to suit everyone.

I ordered my daughter a pandora charm for her birthday and clusters had in within a week, very impressed the shop and jewelry is beautiful as are the staff, they were very helpfull and i will return in future
I decided to remodel an original engagement ring I had into a pendant and earrings, how delighted I was I decided to trust Clusters, the care and attention and quality of finish was absolutely outstanding, the seamless service was also absolutely perfect, I’d have no hesitation at all in recommending this jeweller, they genuinely care about your experience and truly are outstanding craftsmen . The staff are so welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to find me my perfect ring. One of the staff sorry I cant remember her name even went home to bring me back a ring of hers she was sure I wld like, which I did!, and I have now ordered it! So glad I called in and wld highly recommend.

Fabulous jewellery shop, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have bought a number of pieces of jewellery from them for my partner and they have always been first class. Their bespoke jewellery is quite unique. Staff are extremely helpful and always polite. Would thoroughly recommend. I now live in the south of England but still try to buy from them.
