TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my car here for an MOT which Mr S Bevan found numerous issues with when it had cleanly passed previous 3 MOTs. After forking out £300 for all repairs, one of the new tyres I had fitted from them, was flat the next morning. It was a slow puncture which I didn't notice and upon driving 5mins to my local petrol station I had damaged the wall of the tyre. When I took it back to Mr Bevan, he said I had punctured the tyre and as a result the wall of the tyre had been damaged so he would be unable to get a refund on the tyre. I explained to Mr Bevan the least he could do was check for an actual puncture so the blame could be attributed to me for getting a puncture or to the tyre manufacturer for a faulty tyre. I rang him the next morning to confirm a time to take it back and he said it wasn't his problem and hung up the phone. When I had the tyre replaced at another garage they said it had run out of air because of a leaky valve and not a puncture! Worst experience at a garage ever!

Excellent customer service Mr Armstrong is the best m.o.t tester in Crewe highly recommended his service to everyone.

Great staff, fast and chep repairs. But very bad for MOT test. Mr S. Bevan will find issue in your car!!!!! And fail your mot hahaha
