I left my wedding dress in this shop to be sold. I have tried to get it back for many years now with no luck. When leaving my dress at the shop, I was given a piece of paper with a number on as a receipt, I have included all this in my emails. The owner, Melanie, replied to say she had found my details and dress, Melanie was contactable by WhatsApp and email, now she doesn't reply. All emails off her state she has the dress and it has not been sold, so why am I unable to collect my own wedding dress? Melanie advised she would look for the dress in her storage area, she is now blocking all correspondence. If I need to take further measures to get my dress back, then I will do so as I am entitled to my own property. I look forward to hearing back to you in regards to collection of my wedding dress.
Very friendly staff and excellent service. Prices extremely reasonable. The ladies assisted me in multiple alterations in the past so I decided to have all my daughters bridal needs taken care of here. The owner took care of measurements, ordering and getting everyone sorted out. The second wedding was held in the U.S. The delivery and last minute details were handled perfectly I will definitely be back.
Don't waste your time and money. I have had to watch my best friend stress and worried right up to the day before the wedding because the bridesmaid dresses were supposed to be made to measure weren't. She hung up the phone on her when she phoned and fatshamed one of the bridesmaids.
I got married this weekend 29.9.18 and wore a dress supplied by Wirral Wedding Centre. The dress was made especially for me in a style that the owner and I discussed. The owner couldnt have been more caring about making sure the design suited me, helpful about what I wanted and patient. The price was extremely reasonable, the little tweeks that were required were dealt with swiftly and I had many compliments on the day.
got a custom dress made for it to be completely different from the dress I ordered. the top of the dress is plain with lace ontop of my shoulders compared to the ruched bardot style I wanted. Now I get married in 2 weeks and have no dress and now she is refusing to give my £100 deposit back or rectify the issue. Don't waste your money on the "custom" services for a poor quality dress.
Had a fantastic morning, daughter trying on prom dresses. We ordered one made to mesure. She was fab deffo New what she was talking about when mesuring my daughter. Can't wait for fitting.
I went to get a dress on Saturday as on here it states it’s open half nine until half four. When arrived shop was closed and I had a wasted journey. Very dissatisfied.
Beautiful selection of bridal wear. Worth a look. Staff are welcoming and warm. Nothing is too much trouble.
