Wouldn't go here again ruined my clothing and my doggies clothing very disappointed, my dog is in tears, they didn't put the capital letters in the right place, no spacing in-between words, wouldn't refund or help assist with their dodgy craftsmanship. 🐕

The only reason I gave 1 star today is that I ordered the school uniform 2 weeks before the school started to  ensure told that it'll be ready the day before school.  The day of collection to be told that it's not ready due to high demands.  I had to wait another week.  

This is terrible and unacceptable  customer service. They should've ensured that all uniforms are ready as originally promised.

I used to love this shop for uniforms.

Admittedly It has always been the most expensive around, but i never minded about that because they always had the best quality clothing, and probably just about still do.

But now this store is getting more and more expensive every year, while at the same time the quality of other stores uniforms are improving but the price is kept low, so now the price difference here compared to others no longer reflects the difference in quality.

You only need to look at the price of uniforms elsewhere to know we're being conned by this lot.

Messed up embroidery on dogs jacket, had no apology and tried to pass blame onto us, it was like talking to a brick wall and they took no responsibility for their mistakes even though it was clearly written on the ticket what I asked and they still messed it up anyway, I would never recommend anyone to use this I wouldn't even rate it one star.
