Bought a Ford ranger and could not be happier, absolutely outstanding customer service and dealt with by Daryl who is a top bloke. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car to come here as you won't find fairer prices and better service anywhere else. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Bought a beautiful Mini Cabriolet from here . Daryl and his team go out of there way to provide great customer care and satisfaction . Nothing is too much trouble for them and you are made to feel very welcome . Outstanding service would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.
Bought a car from these guys today, honest, professional, welcoming, genuine, a breath of fresh air,, Paul and darryl could not do enough for me from the 1st phone call to the handshake as I was driving away.... they have in my opinion gone above and beyond my expectations to make sure the car was in top top condition before I drove it away... buying a car can be a daunting exspierance , but these guys made you feel welcome and like you've known them years... I know which direction to go in the future 10/10...
Myself and my partner purchased a car from the garage and one of the workers was Amazing and so helpful. A year later after purchasing the car we needed a v5 updating and emailing due to an issue we faces and Darren was the best. He stopped what he was doing and got us the information we needed but because I was working and my partner had our newborn baby time was against us and in my opinion I don't believe many companies would of done what Darren and the team did for my partner and this is why Wirksworth cars are an awesome team. About a month ago my farther in law was looking on the website and saw a Hyundai IX35 for sale. He went to see them and was made to feel like he was family rather than a customer. The team let him take the car for a test drive and on his return there was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. He did as he fell in love with the vehicle. A couple of days later he returned to collect the car and everything was perfect. Again thank you to everyone at wirksworth car sales for everything you have done for us.
Can’t thank the team at Worksworth car sales enough! After a car accident I went to view a Vauxhall zafira that was on sale, the team made me and the family welcome as soon as we stepped on site. After test drive we sat and sorted finance out and a week later we collected the car. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend these guys and will return in future if I ever need another car. Thank you again guy's
I recently bought my new car from Wirksworth Cars and travelled over 60 miles to get it, having paid a deposit before visiting for a test drive. The pictures and advert were absolutely honest and fair. The communications with Darryl at the garage both pre and post purchase were outstanding. There was a minor issue with the car and as we were a fair distance away, they told us to get it sorted locally and they would reimburse us which they did promptly and with no issue. I cannot fault the honesty and fairness of this garage. It is refreshing to deal with such nice and honest guys when buying a car. These guys set the standard in car sales. I am totally delighted with my purchase. I would happily travel to them again if I needed another car in future and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a car purchase. Top marks to a great car dealer.
Pick my new car up from these guys yesterday very nice guys even collected me from train station car was as described as I only see pictures with living miles away they did exactly as they said they will do when I got there I was very pleased with my car they wasn’t pushy they left me to it I would definitely recommend and use these guys again thank you for your service
