Nice place to enjoy different types of rides like sky swing, ice skating etc. Also you can play games in mini casino . I will give this place 4 out 5 stars. Here is the detail : - For nice rides & reasonable prices of these rides. - Good food & good beer also. - Very nice decoration - bonfire place where you can warm yourself. If we talk about negatives, then staff is so rude & annoying. They won’t help you in any case … they just stare at you all the time.
Brilliant afternoon/evening out for my young children 6 year old and 4 year old. Recommend pre-booking the wrist bands which give you 4 hours unlimited goes on the rides so you don’t spend too much time queuing for tokens. Food and drink were decent but expensive pretty much everything was a £5. But overall it was worth the money because the kids enjoyed it so much and didn’t want to leave. Will come again in the future.
Had an amazing day there today...i usually dread this kinda thing as hate busy over crowded places...but they have planned this out perfect... was abit of a que to get your wristbands but thats to be expected...apart from that my kids were straight on the rides. Lots of rides to choose from my kids definitely got their moneys worth..loved toasting marshmallows by the fire ..visited santa in his grotto...met Elsa & Arna..fantastic day. Well done ... We will definitely be back next year...loved it..
Easily would have been 5/5 except for one issue. There was a long queue even though we went on a Thursday for the ticket booth need to queue up even for pre-paid tickets. At the front there were 2 people serving. One was a kind woman and the other was a bloke mid-20s with stubble didn’t get his name he didn’t speak to us once and made the entire interaction awkward as he was focused on scrolling through his social media and obviously didn’t want to be there. He then forgot to give us our phone back until we waited and asked because he was fixated on his own phone. He was making the other person serving deal with almost double the customers because he couldn’t be bothered. Enough of him, the rest of the place was amazing with a variety of rides, food, drink and games. The ice rink was not rammed and had good staff. I would say this place is better than the Birmingham German Market by a long shot.
We had such a great day out here. Definitely get the unlimited kids rides wristbands, best purchase I've ever made! The ice rink was well maintained as well and really helpful staff all over the site. Thank you

Loved it great day out, Good value and great rides:
Kids enjoyed themselves. Only 3 stars though as sadly not impressed with customer service. People manning rides etc. were more interested in getting drinks, playing with phones or chatting amongst themselves. However, all ice skating staff, especially on the ice, were very good with kids.
WOW what a fantastic day out for the whole family! So reasonably priced too will definitely be a yearly trip for us. My kids loved it so much they never wanted to come home and neither did we. Even with the cold weather the heated bar was lovely to have a warm up with a drink : they also have a fire pit to toast marshmallows which are super delicious by the way Thankyou so much to Winter Wonderland for creating such a magical fun environment for us all this Christmas xxx
Was a nice place but every single staff member I had any form of contact or communication with just looked like they didn’t want to be there…. Getting my pre ordered tickets I didnt even get 1 word out of the lady who gave us tickets not even a hello…. Grabbed some marshmallows for roasting and the only words I got out of the staff there was “£6 please “ staff on the rides looked miserable also didn’t speak. Ice skating I got told “put your shoes and bag on there, there was no “hello” or “have a lovely visit” if I was their manager I’d be embarrassed- your meant to make people feel welcome and to get into the Christmas spirit, we’ll I can tell you that wasn’t the type of visit I had anticipated. Disappointed especially paying £53 just to get in for the rides for 1 adult 1 child.
