I've had quite a few occasions where a couple of the staff have been very rude and dismissive. The lady is pleasant enough. Not a great deal of customer satisfaction is felt during a visit there .

Always closed before 5.30pm during the week! I dont finish work untill 5 and get home for 5.20pm and its closed already 3 days i have been trying to send something off and they have been closed everyday .

Wasted 5 quid trying to get a usable passport photo. They took my money and used a cheap digital camera to produce a rubbish photo which was blurry and with a shadow on one side of the face. The guy (he said his name was Yussef) refused to retake the photo. I couldn't be bothered to argue - he was rude and dismissive. Don't have a passport photo from this Post Office - you will be throwing your money away.

Rude and unhelpful. Charged for a large letter for a normal size Christmas card because there was a bump on it from the decoration. Given wrong change in another occasion. Refused to take a postage paid parcel because they didn’t recognise the label (had to go to another post office who did take it with no problem). These are the only 3 times I’ve used it and I won’t be trying again.
