The place, the service are good. None of the wings were good enough for us. Really plain with no flavour, kick, or even enough salt. The desserts, milkshakes and sides were a lot better. Food isn't cheap, so expected better. On the other hand the owner really wanted to deliver the best results, so I'm sure it will improve quickly!

Honestly, if you think you know what good wings are, you need to visit Wing Shack Co in Loughton. Price: ££ the wings are SO full of flavour it’s almost impossible to eat the whole box without several litres of drink. But everything is well seasoned, and well worth the money. Menu included in photos so you can get an idea of prices. Such a good atmosphere in there, recommended for teens and young adults as some may not think the music is appropriate.

I have been meaning to write this review. If I could do less then 1star I would. I can not express enough DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff at the front are lovely and treated us well but we could not finish our food as it tasted funny. My wife has been up at all hours throwing up and more.. There is obviously something wrong here and needs to be sorted. I will not be returning. If you choose too, good luck.

What's happened? When Wing Shack first opened we were very excited to have this kind of restaurant in the area. We ate in and loved it. We have also ordered takeaways and really enjoyed everything about the meal. Unfortunately when we received a takeaway at the weekend everything had changed. The lovely crispy triple cooked chips are now limp and tasteless fries. The chicken was originally crispy with a delicious coating and was now soggy with no flavour. We had to throw it away and get a new dinner. So disappointed to say we won't be returning as when it first opened we loved this place.

Great experience at Wing Shack on opening day! The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The food is delicious, made fresh to order and served with a smile. This is exactly what has been missing from Loughton High Road; an extremely reasonable, friendly and delicious fast food restaurant with a great atmosphere. I will be returning and would strongly recommend. Try the extra extra hot chicken wings - amazing!!
