Great selection of craft beers.

Purchased 4 gin glasses today, the guy behind the counter was most unhelpful and seemed to have no interest whatsoever, he just plonked the glasses on the counter and asked for the money not offering to pack them for transport home. He is in serious need of some customer service training or perhaps he would be better off changing jobs.

What a knob head...

I was walking back down toward the car park thinking "this is the first time I have been to Skipton without someone being rude to me" - and to celebrate went into the Wine Rack to pick up a selection of beers.

Only to find a caricature of disinterest - the rudest person I have ever come across in retail!

I suggest to the clerk who could not even fathom a "Thankyou" or a "Goodbye", perhaps you could try to not look as though you hate your job.

I urge anyone who is traveling to Skipton to come to the Wine Rack, not to enjoy their selection of wines but to purely wind up this misery - make him work for his money; maybe then when it comes to pay day he may even crack...a...smile.
