Unbelievable rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use for collect plus. The "person" working there kicked my parcel across the floor.

Whine Masters I went to drop off a parcel for Collect+. The store manager told me he didn't have to accept parcels larger than A4. I really don't understand why the store manager was so rude, and plain nasty to a paying customer. Having been asked in no uncertain terms to leave the shop, I phoned Collect+ and the staff told me their agents accept parcels up to 60cmx50cmx50cm. Why is the shop keeper lying to me? if he doesn't want to work with Collect+ then he can simply end the contract.

I really should have read the reviews prior to stepping foot in this shop however, I did not, so, here I am with my review... ....ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dropped off my Collect+ parcels and really wish I didn't leave it in the hands of such a rude and incompetent human being. Had the audacity to tell me not to come back when I called him out for being so rude. Yeah, with absolute pleasure...

Avoid to use collect service here. Owner is rude and ask same question over and over AGAIN, and more, he was doing casher for two other people who came later than me.. You should choose another point if you dont want lose your time.
