Rude, incredibly unfriendly and inconsiderate staff. Avoid going here for prescriptions, they didn't seem to have a clue how to find mine and unless I'd persisted they would have been happy for me to walk away empty handed. The kind of place that makes you feel you're there to shoplift. Horrible unsmiling men.

One star because I couldn't give none. Made a mess of my wife's cancer prescription and then tried to blame my wife. Rude, arrogant beyond belief. We have switched to Crossbells on Uxbridge Road, lovely man with a great team.

unfriendly staff. Until my latest prescription I am ashamed to say I was using them regularly for several years. During that time not a hint of recognition or welcome to a regular customer. No more! I’ve finally broken the shackles and moved to a friendlier chemist nearby. Figure it out.

The team here are always really helpful. I have a regular prescription and for a variety of reasons I know a certain brand of the medication is the only one which works for me, even though all the brands are supposed to be the same. They always order it in especially for me, often to arrive the very same day. Thanks team!

Very Rude and service is bad. I gave it one star because I cant give them zero stars to rate and comment which otherwise would have been the case. Will not be using again andndo not recommend to anyone.
