They are very helpful and kind. My usual pharmacy did not want to help me but the lovely people here helped me when I was in a lot of trouble. Cannot thank them enough...Shepherds bush is lucky to have such a wonderful pharmacy as part of the community.
This is a fantastic pharmacy. I first found them over 10 years ago and have used them ever since. Everyone there is helpful, friendly and extremely efficient. They have looked after me and my wife extremely well and they willingly go the extra mile if necessary. They know all their regular customers well and genuinely care about making sure that they are well looked after. I’m very grateful for all their help over the years and would recommend them to everyone.
