We received the balloons perfectly for an event and they looked fabulous. It was a dream to work with the company remotely via WhatsApp and on the phone. It was absolutely lovely to see the final result. Thank you again and if I need balloons in the future I know you’ll be my go to shop! It was also great because they were able to arrange a cab to deliver the balloons to our venue and it helped so much. Great place all around!
Had my balloons filled with helium here and the lovely lady made them look so pretty! I'm so glad they were open for collection and balloon filling at this time! She even sent me all the info on WhatsApp which was super helpful!

Horrible customer care, messy shop with everything spread everywhere without an order, unhelpful staff that have no idea where specific items are. They wasted my time: I've called them to ask for a pirate costume and they answered:"Sure, we have a wide range of pirate costumes with different roles, from captain to crew and lot of accessories". I spent an hour to reach the shop small and dirty and once there they told me that there was just ONE pirate costume the last one, that probably there was the captain costume somewhere and they needed to look for but I'm pretty sure among that mess was impossible to find anything. I've asked why on phone they told me a lie and the woman was there answered :" I told you that we have lot of pirate accessoires, and as well I'm pretty sure that somewhere there is the captain one" , went away disappointed and disgusted and nobody had the kindness to apologize at least.
They don’t have much variety of stuff they have only baby shower and birthday party decorations and few characters costumes but not bad to shop when you don’t have time to order online
The balloons look amazing. The person who I was in contact with was lovely and very patient with me. 10/10 will recommend to anyone who is looking for balloons. Thank you so much
Very good variety of party accessories you hardly find elsewhere! I found everything I needed for my son's themed party. The shop keeper was very kind and helped me to find what I was looking for.
Was surprised at how much they could fit in there! they had loads of costumes and accessories so if you're having a fancy dress party you're pretty much sorted went because of a stag do and ended up going as the 118 guy lol
I like this laundrette and party shop the people are really nice helpful
