I left my Suzuki Grand Vitara Car at this Garage to have the rear Crankshaft Oil Seal fixed due to leaking.I was Quoted nearly £700 for the Job.A few days after I picked it up and paid the Bill I found it was leaking even more.I returned to the Garage to be told there was nothing more they could do.There was no offer to try fixing it again and was told I needed a new engine.I parked the car up January and did not know what to do as I felt I'd been let down big time.I sold the Car last week Spare&Repair to a mainland Suzuki Mechanic for £500.He contacted me last weekend to say that he had examined the work done to fix the seal and found it worse than poor quality.There had been no need for a replacement engine.He had fixed the seal and the leak has stopped.I have since bought a Nice replacement car off a local Dealership with a Fastidious Service Record of work done from their workshop.Taking account that had Wiltons not Bodged the Crankshaft Oil Seal then the Cars Value on a 54 Reg was around £1500.Hence taking the Car there has Cost me £1000 Off the Car Value and £670 Wasted on their Work.Sadly i have spoken to a number of other Past Customers who are Not Suprised who have all Suffered at the hands of this Garage.I for one will not be returning my custom to Wiltons of Shanklin.It only annoys me further that this review is not allowed to Give No Stars.Let the Low 3/5 Rating Be a Warning!

Good service and manager for Wiltons, Mark Brading is a really helpful guy.

Fantastic service. At 4pm they managed to source a part for me (rang several places) and the work was done by lunchtime next day at LESS than the quoted price. Brilliant service from great people. Recommended.
