Disappointed as a price was agreed then halfway through the job the price was increased by 25% and then they wouldn't give me receipt for the work even though i had to purchase extra parts. He said if i wanted a receipt he would have to add 2 hours extra which was surprising as the quote was for labour only... beware of inflated costs.
Revised.. I was told by the said so called mechanic that I needed a new belt, at extra cost and extra time to fit, which broke after 2 days, turns out that the fool had fitted the belt wrong which resulted in damage to my car. There was also no evidence of extra work needed on the brake hoses so this was a scam to extract more money from me. Transmission wasn’t drained properly, diffs and oil weren’t drained fully. Quote the words of BMW.. “ those jokers are amateurs, cowboys who clearly don’t know what they are doing” 
Avoid using these rouges, they could seriously damage your ride.

I have been using Shaun Burden Vehicle Repairs for 20 years.  However busy they are they always take the time to be polite and helpful.  The quality of their work and attention to detail is excellent, and they treat female customers with respect and courtesy unlike so many places.
