I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I was not there to buy a car but to have my 9 year old Peugeot road tested. I was not well greeted being told that I was not booked in for what I thought  I was , the colleague had got it wrong I was told. From there it went from bad to worse. They were unable to unscrew the locking nut. At that point I was asked to sign a written agreement to allow them to continue to try to drill the two nuts ( locking Nuts). I was told it could be  a lengthy business 4 hours later and £360 later they had managed to remove the  nuts. I asked for work to be terminated at this point and was told very rudely at least three times that they would not release the car until payment had been made which is quite understandable what is not understandable is £90 per hour labour to drill out two nuts. I think I was ripped off . They saw an elderly lady and thought here we go extra bucks today.
Never ever could I believe that a Manager having been asked by Peugeot twice to contact me  that he has still not done so..  If they had done everything that they said needed doing it would have cost more than the car is worth probably.
I took it back to my garage on the mainland where labour was £40 per hour. Work completed satisfactorily

Amazing experience with Dave Champion as always. He looked after me 3 years ago and even though I no longer live on the island, I came back to the island to see him. I got treated badly elsewhere and so came all this way to see Dave to see if he could help. Not only could he help but he got me a far better deal and treated me like a valued customer. Excellent again!!
