I'd decided to invest in a newer vehicle and having been a customer of Wilson & Co for quite some time, either for servicing or purchasing, chose this establishment again after experiencing first rate customer service over the years. Once again, Wilson & Co came up trumps with an affable gent called Doug England. The test drive / purchasing / coffee offering experience was friendly and efficient and even though the service team were busy, Mel still managed to attend to my service plan requirements with minimal fuss and professionalism . Oh, and not forgetting the kind receptionist who offered to save my legs and post a document for me. Highly recommended.

Was very keen to get myself a new car and have been looking around for months. Was recommended Wilson & Co in Grimsby by someone who had recently got themselves a new car from there. They put me in contact with Doug England who helped find the best car for me and made things as easy and clear as possible. He explained everything and made the whole process enjoyable and within two days I was driving off in my new car. Would 100% recommend Wilson & Co, and thank you to Doug England for sorting everything.

Rang last week to arrange a test drive of a BMW told to come on Monday , arrived on the Monday car would not start and to be fair they did there best to get started but no joy , I put a small deposit down for them to save it and told they would sort for tues but they had problems so no joy again , then told us they were busy so would get sorted for Saturday for test drive and to buy but as per previous 5 days not sorted . Rang twice on Saturday to see what’s happening to be told the manager will get back to you but 3Hrs later still no response . So two star rating and dropping fast.

Manager has now got back to me after 7hrs and three phone calls later and offered his apologies and said had to order different part and will get in touch Monday , so fingers crossed let’s see what happens

Now Thursday and rang up to see if anything is happening , part not arrived but car on ramp I was told but I will go down to workshop and see what’s happening and will ring you back . As per usual nobody rings you back , don’t think I’m asking much for somebody to just ring me up every few day to let me know what’s going on .

Friday 16.35 nobody has rang yet, 17.30 finally car done and ready for test drive .

I appreciate the weather hasn’t been the best which has held things up a bit , and Kevin has been very helpful when spoken too , just when told you are going to ring back it’s very frustrating when nobody does .

Hopefully all goes well with test drive tomorrow fingers crossed

After sales no better 2 weeks waiting for mot certificate and other paper work , told had full service history but only to find out salesman made a mistake and ment mot ? 
Good look to anyone buying from Wilson’s hope you get a better experience than we did .

Well if waiting 5 weeks now for information on full service history and still not sorted which now believe a sales manager mistook for full mot ?so no full service history  . And 100 pound compensation which wasn’t really compensation just that they didn’t take deposit out of  bank but as good will  let us off , The stress and three journeys from louth to Grimsby numerous phone calls messages ect . and now they think accidentally letting us off 100 quid and I’m now a happy customer. NO , Good luck anyone dealing with these incompetent salesmen and staff .very helpful while in selling mode but after that you will see got ur money so no longer important to them .

I am highly fustrated with Wilson and Co, it took them nearly 4 weeks to send me a quote through for a repair on my vehicle. Not only was i told incorrect information about my Tax amount when purchasing my new vehicle by a gentleman called Tommy but it also took them over 3 weeks to deal with the enquiry (including me calling every other day chasing them up as i was suppose to recieve a call back each day with an answer.) thankfully, a guy called Scott, who had only been working there for only 2 weeks, answered my call and dealt with my enquiry professionally and promtly. If i need any help in the future i will be contacting him.

I dealt with Doug England. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I set him a pretty tough challenge to find the deal I was looking for and he did not disappoint. I would recommend him to anyone looking for their next car. Thanks again Doug.
