Before last year, I'd never bought from a main dealer before and when I started looking around for a commuting car, I was really put off the process by other hard sales dealers. Then I found Grimsby Stoneacre Volvo and they got my business based on their exceptional customer service and genuineness. John on the sales side was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and never pushed me. Since then I've been enjoying my daily commute in a car that takes care of me on the road. This car takes any stress out of commuting. I also took said car in for service this week and the service team were also fantastic. Yes, they offer extras and packages but gave me the information for my knowledge and benefit rather than trying to talk me into anything. When your brand and products are this good, there's no need to hard sell but what makes the difference is customer care. Sales or service, Stoneacre Volvo will have my repeat business. I'm now a fan of both the brand and the customer care. Thanks to all staff for your help with my very specific requirements, queries, changing needs and humouring my quirky nature!

Just had my car serviced. Very efficient and friendly staff, the work was started at the appointed time and the vehicle was ready for collection some while later, again at the stated time. Excellent service.
