Good place to walk your dog plenty of space for the dogs to run and play other dogs friendly. The play park looked ok for kids didn't use as not got human kids.
Such a great place for your dogs to be able to run freely and safely Dog-friendliness: Everybody seems to be responsible dog owners who clear up after themselves. Safest place for our greyhound to be let off the lead so he can have a good run around.
Been a firm favourite of ours for years. Does get very busy though. Has a good selection for different age groups. A large field is adjacent which is popular with dog walkers. The park itself has an enclosed tarmac area for ball games, swings, climbing frames and cycle track. Nice shade under a large tree for picnics, there are also a couple of picnic benches next to ball area. Easy to spend a good couple of hours here, ice cream van visits in the summer as well.
Good park to take the kids, they have a small part for the younger one's and a small bike/scooter track, there is also a big field to take the dog or play football.
Not bad, good facilities… Usual council park tho, needs some tidying up, grass cut, soft tarmac under the playground equipment needs renewing
Lovely little park, you can park for free on the road and only short walk to the park. There is a bike track with bumps and jumps, basketball court, large field for dog walkers. The playground had big and baby swings 2x of each. There is a large climbing frame and a smaller one. There is a tyre swing and an In floor trampoline. It was very quiet and clean, will definitely go here with my little girl again
Good little park with 2 spring-loaded-gated sections, 1 for kiddies play area, 1 for walking dogs. Most tend to clean up after them which is always good - this is helped by visable bins that are emptied regularly - there are no public toilets here
Nice little play area for kids. Usual swings, slides and climbing things plus a trampoline which is quite fun. Also a small bike track with bumps and hills. Downside is the field which is mainly used by dog walkers who think it's ok to leave poo everywhere.
We like Wilmot park . It's a nice open space for the kids . A little bike/scooter track . A play area with a trampoline for the smaller children . Football / basketball court . A bit of an adventure playground and a larger climbing area for the older children and a tyre swing as well .
This place is pretty nice, it offers a huge open field. First star is for the massive open field, you are able to do as you please. Second star is that dogs are permitted to go in, so you can bring dogs here. Third star is that it's a closed field so if you bring your dog, they won't run off and you can let them go and play with the other dogs. Fourth star is for the playground that is there for the children. Last star is that there is a basketball mixed with a football court, so you can play both any time you please. Extra credit because there is a track and a ramp there for bikes. Also this place is pretty popular.
