I want to say a big thank you to our party host Kadija. She was very welcoming, polite and patient. My daughter’s party went very smoothly and all guests were happy. Very good option if you’re looking for a reasonable priced place to have your child’s party and it won’t break the bank.
Great soft play place. Nice for birthday parties. It can be very noisy when there is more than 1 birthday party but if you get the whole place for just one, it's very nice. Food is ok and hot and cold drinks are relatively good price.
Had our girls birthday party here. Great host Gami, you took care of all the kids. All the guests throughly enjoyed meaning kids who came to celebrate. Parents had selection of drinks and nibbles so they were satisfied too. Overall good experience.
We came here for a birthday today and we were disappointed by the service towards the end of the booking as staff began to rush us because we wanted to take pictures with our cake. This would have taken a maximum of 1min or less but the kitchen staff then threatened that they would no longer cut our cake for us as they usually do. It’s a shame as this is the second time we have come here as a family for a kids birthday and the customer service today was poor! Please do better and be more accommodating to ALL your customers!
Price for 18 month old very good. Lots of soft play area. Food good. Good place for parties for children. Staff great. Would definitely take our grandson again.
Really fair price for a soft play. There was lots to do and was fun for the our 16 month old boy. Staff were very friendly and the coffee not bad either. The only downside was the older kids constantly taking over the 0-2 years area and pushing the little ones out of the way or not letting them use the slides. My only recommendation would be that someone supervises this area or checks on it more regularly just to remove the kids that shouldn’t be there. Perhaps this is already the case, could have been short staffed or just busy on the day. The little one still had fun either way, that’s the main thing
My daughter had her 5th birthday here and she had a fab time. It was well organised and ran smoothly. It definitely takes the stress out of organising a party!! Our hostess, Alexia was really nice and helpful.
We come often. It's a good soft play, and kids love it. During the week, you have 2h sessions to choose from over the weekend, just pop in. I always call before just to make sure it's not closed for the party, but it rarely is. The food is also very nice and has a good selection of snacks. We also had my son's birthday party here and will book again this year. It is reasonably prised.
my little girl comes here every wednesday and Saturday and has the best time ever, with skills out of her age rage now being reached she is ahead of her age , can’t thank the staff enough with how they interact with her and encouraging her when she is unsure on things.The food and drinks are excellent with reasonable prices and the place is kept very clean and tidy considering how many children walk through the doors. would definitely recommend this place if your child /children are bored with nothing to do. party’s are allways preformed to an excellent standard
Excellent birthday party for a 5 year old and 13 friends. Kadija was our host and from the moment we arrived she took control of organising everything. It felt a bit alien but we didn't need to lift a finger and everything went perfectly. Great organisation, good amount of play time and party room time. Thank you Kadija - Thomas had a great party. Play area is great for all ages. Hint: bring some £1 coins for the little electric trike kart track.
