We have gone to splat in bluewater today. On the outside it looked like it would be a great place for kids. Walking in made me regret that thought. There were two kids with us and we let them go on two cars. We then payed and left to go shopping with the kids happy. Can you believe that. When we back , the lady didn't returned our deposit back neither she behaved as a professional. She was very rude .That is why I think they are not professional and rate them 1 but would rate them 0 if I could.
Visited last Thursday afternoon. Awful place. It is really dirty - toys are grubby and well worn. I didn't want my son who is 11 months to put things in his mouth. As other reviews say, parents don't take their shoes off when it says they should. Really naff amount of toys for babies. It's a complete rip off.
Could have such potential to be a lovely place, it's a great idea but so filthy! The state of my child's feet after only 10 minutes was disgusting! There is a sign saying all persons using the play area do so at their own risk, but I think it's pretty dangerous as some of the soft play is held together with masking tape and falling apart! most importantly it needs a jolly good clean!
A great place to take the kids when shopping in Bluewater. It's a small soft play room located next to House of Fraser on the upper floor, where you can let the kids loose while you have a coffee without worrying that the little ones are looting the sweet stall.
I wish I'd read the reviews before I went this week! It's tiny and absolutely filthy! Staff and other parents wearing shoes despite it saying socks only. I cleaned anything my son touched before he put it in his mouth and left after 15 mins. Such a waste of £5.50! Avoid at all costs!

The place is pretty dirty, very small and lots of the equipment is worn out. This is just not in keeping with the ethos of blue water. Would not recommend. Staff not professional at all.
