Our lab was admitted this week for a couple of days and needed an overnight stay due to being quite ill.  Willow kept in touch with us and we were left not worrying and were reassured that she was in good hands.  They have also been helpful with the initiation of our pet insurance claim.

Darcy says thank you for making her better and we say thank you for a professional and confident service.  Cheers guys. :-)
