Lovely cattery, my cats over the years enjoy their holidays and this means I can enjoy mine too knowing they are well cared for!

I have been using Charlsberry for over 10 years and I am very precious who look after cats! Stuart owns the business and runs this not only as a business but also as a warm and comforting place where his staff are qualified and very much care for the animals they look after.  Cats have a large secure area in a choice of cat cottages which are heated in the cooler months and each spacious cat pen has a shelf with access to a secure balcony so your cat can get some fresh air and view the outside world.  The lower area of each cat pen has plenty of space for their personal toilet... each pen is large enough for a big cat bed, scratching post, toys, food, so it feels like home for your cat. Each cat cottage is away from the kennels who I see are also in secure large pens and there is always someone attending to either feed, clean or simple cuddle your dog or cat.    My current cat also puts on weight in the cattery so I know he is happy and I use Charlesberry 3 or 4 times a year and would highly recommend.   To me, leaving my cat is emotional but everyone at Charlesberry gives me to time to settle my cat into his pen and let me collect him personally - this goes a long way.  Go on, try them.. pop by unannounced you will find the standards and welcome high at all times.  Thanks to everyone at Charlesberry - see you soon.
