Once more I would recommend Willow Motors to any person who is looking for an honest, efficient and friendly car repair garage.  This is a family run garage whose staff take pride in their services, MOT testing, car servicing, mechanical and electronic repairs etc   Maureen, Chris and Vicky provide a very high level of customer service, all their staff and experienced mechanics have risen to this challenge.  I have been fortunate to have used their services for over 20 years.

After reading the excellent reviews I decided to go for an interim service at Willow Motor Works for the first time. 

I was pleasantly surprised on how welcoming, professional and supportive the receptionists were. They were also able to book me in on a Saturday at short notice.

The garage was very clean and organised. I was called for an update that my car had passed the MOT with some advisories to bare in mind and had my car ready for collection on time 

I was given a document containing a full report of the tyre, brake and service checks. 

I felt that the service was genuine, reliable and efficient. I would definitely go back.

They simply saved my life... I was about to travel from London to Portugal for Christmas and they had just a couple of hours to fix the starter motor of my car. When you´re in a difficult position nearly missing an important and very well planned continental car trip, you really need to deal with people as kind, professional and proactive as Chris and his Willow Motor Works team.

Excellent experience as always , pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Great having female receptionists who know what they are talking about, answering all my queries.  Prices excellent and they went out of their way to solve a problem with my window so it would not cost me £££ , checking any significant details with me first. I would have no hesitation in recommending Willow Motor Works

We have just recently moved to the Sutton area, and realised my cars MOT had severely expired.I didnt want to take my car to any MOT centre. My cousin recommended me Willow Motor Works. I called and spoke to a very lovely young lady, who booked me in for the very next day and happily coordinated me to leave my car overnight on the premises ( saving me to go first thing before work).
Exemplary customer service from the whole team, I will defiantly be returning with my partners car for a service soon.I've just realised my car has been vacuumed, and this was not expected! Using my car for numerous trips to the local tip, even I had given up to clean it. Thank you all at Willow Motor Works for the first class service!
