Friendly staff, they were kind enough to reserve a dress from the window for me and I was able to buy it later when I was free : Thanks! This isn't the branch's fault, but whilst trying on said dress, another customer opened the dressing room curtain. Needless to say I was a little shocked... luckily I was covered, but maybe have a sign that it's occupied to avoid this in future ? Haha Other than that, lovely shop!
Couple of weeks ago I dropped of a bag of donations. What I wasn’t aware of was the fact I could earn Nectar points by signing up and this also enabled gift aid to be given. Which is fantastic!! I now get nectar points every time something I donated sells in the store. I also have stickers which I can put on my bags of future donations and this means I get nectar points again woohoo. I’ll never leave an anonymous bag outside a closed charity shop as they told me they have to destroy that stuff and also I want my points!,
Nice store, not too expensive like many other branches. Lots of brand new M&S clothes directly from the company. Spacious not crammed.
I have been going to this charity shop for years. Staff have always been very helpful and generally lovely. Found some good clothes here and household items.
