I have been visiting Willow for a few years now. I have always made a point of going there to find my summer wardrobe in particular.  They always have really unusual and interesting clothes which saves me the stress of having to go into the north lanes!  I find the staff helpful and friendly and enjoy shopping there.

Pushy older shop assistant who followed me around the shop. Tried 2 items on and she kept opening the curtain of the changing room to see how I was getting on. Very embarrassing and off putting. I was with 2 friends and we all said we would NEVER go in there again. Also the clothes are the same as a shop in Brighton Western Road. Top in Brighton £19.99 and sold in Willow for £42. Most of the clothes are the same as this shop but either double or treble the price! unbelievable.....

Extremely rude women, sold me a jumper which I could not try on as no changing room available, when I got home there was a 6 inch rip in the jumper, when I tried to return it the next day she first told me that the rip wasn't there when I bought it & then said I told you that this item was damaged - she had said no such thing, I would not have bought it had I known. She then accused me of washing & wearing the jumper despite it still having all its tags on and me never having even tried it on.  Avoid this shop at all costs. They refused to give me my money back until I threatened trading standards. Ridiculous.
