Excellent, professional and very friendly service. Can not praise the whole team highly enough!
As an unsure first time buyer I felt supported throughout the whole process with the team explaining everything I needed to know and continually keeping me up to date with the progress. Amanda was excellent with all my house queries and viewings, Sarah as a mortgage broker was exceptional in her knowledge and making the whole process simple for me to understand. Claire was amazing and she actually saved the sale when it threatened to fall through at the last minute! A huge thank you to them all! Highly recommended!

As first time buyers we have had outstanding service from Sarah from beginning to end. She handled all queries (and there were many) promptly and efficiently. She worked tirelessly to provide us with the best mortgage possible and everything was so clear and comprehensible. We felt fully supported at all times and all the paperwork was dealt  with rapidly and seamlessly. We are a professional working couple and time was often short on our side, Sarah made sure this did not affect the mortgage process and worked hard with us to complete to our time scale. My wife and I would highly recommend Sarah and we will continue working with her in the future if ever needed.

From the moment we booked our appointment with Sarah, we instantly found ourselves at ease. The world of mortgages is a complicated one filled with jargon. Sarah broke things down for us and made things simple so we could relax in the big step we were taking. Sarah's friendly manner and professional service made everything much easier for us and gave us the information we needed in ways we could understand. She was willing to answer all questions we had at any point during our purchase, going over and above her role as our mortgage advisor. Sarah did everything she could to find the mortgage that was right for us. We appreciate all she did and would highly recommend her to anyone who was trying to get on the property ladder. M,y Wife And I have just relocated back to the UK, decided to move to the Norwich area, we contacted several estate agents in the area, explained what  kind of property we wanted. I normally do not do recommendations on line but we have to say William H Brown have been fantastic, Claire ( manager ) and her team have been one of the best estate agents we ever used and we have been buying and selling property since 1970's. I would  like to thank Amanda Henderson( senior sales) as she has been a credit to the estate agents profession. after seeing many properties she suggested we should look at the property we are now actually buying. we would not hesitate to recommend them if you are buying or selling a property.

I had given up hope of getting a mortgage until I met Sarah at WH Brown Sprowston.  My bank would not lend enough for me to get a property, but Sarah was able to look at other lenders and found someone who would, meaning I could finally own my own home.  She was then able to assist with finding properties within my budget.  Sarah was very professional, friendly and kept me informed at every stage of the process.  I would recommend Sarah to anyone.  She made my dreams come true, what a star!!
