Super Impressed with this agency! What a great Sales Team Pymm & Co are. Wonderful service to date, Leon and Amber have been brilliant throughout and made the process so far so very stress free. Currently purchasing a house through Pymm & Co, and have to say so far the help, advice and service has been exemplary and absolutely fantastic, especially from Leon and Andrew in the team. Compared to all other estates agents I've been speaking g to in my search for a house, they just seem to go that extra mile in helping me, and subsequently co-ordinating all parties to push things through to completion. Would highly recommend. Excellent service by the team.
Recently purchased a house through Pymm & Co and can't speak highly enough about them. We mainly worked with Leon who was extremely professional throughout keeping us regularly updated in a reassuring and friendly manner. He did a considerable amount of liaising with all parties involved during quite a lengthy process, going above and beyond what I had expected, which certainly helped keep our sale and purchase on track. Was a pleasure working with Pymm & Co and should we decide to move again I would be happy to buy or sell a property using them. Highly recommended.
Wow wow wow I cannot recommend Pymm and Co enough !! It was our first purchase of a property which was very daunting for us ! The Team at Pymm and Co from start to finish reassured us and took us through every step of the way which such professionalism and kindness. Leon is an absolute star and the ladies in the Norwich office were absolutely lovely to deal with so polite and responsive to all our needs. They made this process so easy for us and I’m actually going to miss them all. Needless to say my mum is in her new home and so happy !! Thank you so much guys not just for what you do but how you do it.
Amber Betts was amazing when we purchased our house. E-mails were responded to immediately and any viewings were accommodated by her, even if it was after hours. We also received a lovely congratulatory gift from Pymm and Co which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend them.
Used Pymm and Co for the first time having used many other Agents in the past .I was looked after by Maxwell who was fantastic from start to finish. I received over the asking price within 2 days but the after after sale progression by Maxwell was also superb and really nice to deal with the same person unlike other firms. Maxwell is a great asset to a great business. Highly recommend
Fantastic service using Pymm & Co. More importantly, it was Amber Betts who was looking after us throughout our purchase. Amber was very polite and professional and went out of her way to help and guide us through the process, and she wasn't even our estate agent as we were buying through them. Amber played a massive part in securing this property and more importantly, chased up progress throughout when things were not moving. This is the second time we have had dealings with Pymm & Co., and they excelled on this occasion. Very highly recommended
My experience with Pymm & Co was excellent! Abby Betts help me finding the place I was looking for and with a great value for the rent! She was always available to answer any of my questions, and always with a smile on her face! I had been to other agencies and none gave me any solutions in the type of propriety and with the price range I was looking for! The whole process of letting was easy, due especially to Abby's help. Definitely recommend renting with Pymm & Co.
Amber from Pymm&Co made buying a house seem a smooth and stress free process. As first time buyers we weren’t sure of how things worked and Amber explained everything to us and kept us updated throughout. We were allowed a couple of viewings whereas this was not possible with other estate agents meaning we were able to show family round too. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell through Pymm & co in the future.
Amber was amazing. She helped the buying process go smoothly. She provided really regular updates and helped us solve more than one sticking point during the purchase. We would happily recommend Pymm & Co!
