Fabulous estate agents. Would recommend to anyone who wants a straightforward, helpful, friendly service. Yvonne is great. She is just the right mix. I did not find her patronising or pushy like some estate agents. She is dedicated and easily contactable.

If only more estate agents understood - like Yvonne Astley does - that buying and selling property is as much about being sensitive and understanding human psychology, as bricks and mortar and spending large chunks of money.  Yvonne heads up a most unusual agency - calm, professional, not prone to exaggeration and also efficient. The company responds to the reality of a situation professionally and with decorum. 
Don't hesitate to use if you wish to achieve a sale or a purchase - whatever the circumstances.

I highly recommend Yvonne of Astley & Co. She is perhaps the best property agent I have ever met. Firstly, she is very responsive, very patient and always keeps her words. Secondly, she is happy to share her professional knowledge that has been cumulated over her many successful years of experience. She is honest and frank. I really trust her advice which has been proved to be enormously useful and helpful. Finally, she really can get things done. She is very good at communicating  between various parties in a transaction thanks to her negotiation skills.

I would advise anyone buying and selling a property to use a small independent agent rather than a large chain. Buying & selling a property can be one of the most stressful things we ever undertake so it's vitally important that the agent is a great communicator, a pleasure to work with and treating the client like a good friend.  Yvonne does just that.  I also can't thank Yvonne enough for going the extra mile with the sale.  I would strongly recommend Astley & Co to anyone.  Many thanks Yvonne.
