I would just like to thank Tracey and her team, Jasmine, Rebecca, Lauren and Michael, for all their help, friendliness and professionalism when selling my late mother’s house a couple of months ago. It was a hassle free, efficient service calls always returned at what was a difficult time. Thanks Tracey, I would have no hesitation in recommending you if anyone asked me.
In all of the years I've sold houses, Tracey and her team have certainly been the best. Other agents in the chain were rubbsih and the Raunds team jumped in and got the chain to exchange. They genuinely care. We used their recommended conveyancers who where equally brilliant. First class service.
Very poor service and communication. - Would always promise to ring back and let us know. Never did. - Did not research the vendors properly, meaning we spent £1500 for no reason. - No communication. - Often gave erroneous excuses for things that were not ever plausible. - Spoke with management team who ignored my e-mails. With the number of estate agents on offer, I would strongly advise going elsewhere.
Never had an issue while selling a property, good communication all the time. Plus great mortgage brokerage service.
William H Brown have just sold our property in Raunds. In general the service has been very positive. Always turned up with viewings when they booked them.
