Buying and moving is never easy nor stress free but Dave Ridgewell at William H Brown really did make it as smooth as possible for us. He chased both sets of solicitors when they were slacking, negotiated like agents are supposed to but rarely do and kept us up to date all the way. Couldn't recommend any stronger!

The team at William H Brown Estate Agents in Maldon went out of their way to make my house selling and buying experience as hassle free as possible. They are true professionals with a personal touch that makes me so glad I chose them in the first place. One of the most stressful times in your lives can be moving, but not if you use W H Brown. Not only were they our Estate Agents, they set up our mortgage and we used their solicitors to sell 2 properties and to buy 1 property. So much easier all under one roof and everyone knows what`s going on when you make a call to anyone of these people. Would recommend them to anyone looking to move in the future. We were kept updated at all times and was always called back when I left a message. The mortgage process was so easy, as long as you have all your financial details then it is dealt with efficiently and quickly. All the staff are extremely efficient and very helpful, especially Dave who always remains happy and positive. Thank you to you all for such a wonderful experience.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough!! BRILLIANT. Dave and the team did a fantstic job of keeping everything in check for my purchase and were the only ones in the whole process that actually kept me upto date and helped with chasing everything up. I would definitely use these gyus to sell and if you're lucky enough they have the house you're buying, they won't disappoint you. Thanks Guys.... have a few bottles of wine on me!
