I needed a valuation for probate purposes. We arranged a suitable appointment straight away. Kasey arrived on the time agreed and carried out a thorough inspection before explaining everything, showing comparable house prices and the reason for her valuation. Based on her excellent service so far I definitely recommend her and will be back when it comes to selling the house.

Rhiannon at Bairstow Eves Burnham branch is extremely friendly, helpful and professional and was completely unwavering in her commitment to help me when I found my dream ‘tiny house’. Even though my property sale fell through last minute via a local agent, Rhiannon went above and beyond, pulling out all the stops, to try to help me. She is an absolute star. Nothing was too much trouble and the anxious, scary, buying and selling process was much easier with Rhiannon on board. Her and Maxine make the best team and I thoroughly recommend the Burnham branch as they are with you all the way.
We recently placed our house on the market, and due to the diligence and hard work from Rhiannon and Kasey, it was sold quickly. They were extremely proactive in marketing and making sure the right people viewed. They were professional and explained all that was happening, with good communication.
My house is currently for sale in Grays. Kasey Vann of the Burnham branch contacted me knowing I wanted to sell my house and within a week it was on Rightmove and viewings were booked. Despite it not being her branch Kasey often contacts me to make sure I am happy with how things are going and any queries she assists with without delay. I am hoping to receive an offer soon and will then use Kasey to look for another property as I wish to relocate to the area where she works and know she will do her best to find me my perfect house.
Really impressed so far of our experience with Rhiannon from Bairstoweves. After spotting a property on Rightmove on a Friday, we got in touch and Rhiannon organised a viewing the same day. We made an offer on our way home and Rhiannon negotiated and had our offer accepted before closing time. Can’t wait to move into our new home and hopefully the smooth and swift process so far will continue while we wait to complete!
