We are buying our new property through Church and Hawes at Burnham-on-Crouch and have found them to be absolutely brilliant! Nothing was ever too much trouble, they always got back to us promptly when we had a query and kept on top of all the solicitors in the chain to keep things moving and reported back to us and all relevant parties. They have provided an outstanding service, particularly Simon, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and we would certainly use them again. Nothing beats having a local person to get you through the highs and lows of house selling and buying - first rate service!

Church and Hawes, Simon in particular, were excellent, professional and friendly. The service they provided us with was second to none. Many hiccups along the way in our drawn out sale and purchase, six months in total. Simon was on the case chasing and updating us accordingly most days. We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering selling their house.
