I would like to share my experience with this local post office, because I leave in the area for so many years. The services there are very, very bad and the people working are rude to the customers and it’s visible that they don’t care about people standing up and waiting to be served. Especially a tall, middle age man, who for sure never had any customers service experience and he acting as this place is his own, no one can tell him anything and no rules apply there. I definitely will advise, if you have opportunity to use any other post office near this area to use them. In any other post office you’ll be served with respect, smile and without stress. Thank you for your very quick response, but the case was not like you and your colleague are trying to manipulate. I came to the post office and I only asked, if I’m on the right place and which is the right queue to join, because there was more then one and no indications for what the people are waiting on the different queues. The person was rude, and I witnessed how he serving customers not for a first time. I describing my experience with this post office not only for today. I already mentioned, that I leave in the area for more then ten years and I shearing my experience not only for this only situation and this busy times of the year.
There is nearly always a queue before I can enter. Even when it's busy , they tend to have only 2 people working at the counter even though there are 5 tills available. They do Evri return packages which was nice and easy. But queue times are horrible unfortunately.
Good local post office with 8.30 / 5:30 opening time. Good service. Only problem is when I go in and people can jump the queue to purchase currency exchange and to top up gas and electricity.
This post office is only open during working hours. Even today when I was late from work to managed to pick up my parcel at 8.30 am, they did not want to open at 8.30 and the post office admin took his time to get his workplace up and running
Received assistance from the post office staff member Hitesh and he was very helpful with my passport renewal application. He got the passport photos right and best of all my passport arrived promptly in 10 working days.
Not too friendly staff, but helpful and good. Gets the job done so it is good. Remember to bring your own pen, your tape and scissors, anything you need to pack your letter or parcel. If not, you'll need to buy from the shop at slightly higher cost.
I had the most wonderful experience ever today! I was served by a lovely man named Hitesh who helped me send very urgent last minute next day delivery packages. I was so anxious because I thought I might have been too late but Mr. Hitesh done everything he is capable of to make it possible for my delivery to arrive on time. He was very kind and brought a smile to many faces with his lovely service. Thank you!!!
I was desperate to get my hands on a specific blue heart shaped helium balloon, this Post office was the only one in my area that had them. I was served by lovely Deepak who was patient and waited for me to rush over to get the balloons before they closed. Thank you so much, I'll definitely be back!
I had a wonderful time at Willesden Green Post Office. Mr Hitesh is a really nice guy, he always help me out with the best attitude and always with a smile on his face. 10/10 would recommend.
