I have been quite critical of this Health Centre in the past. I am really pleased to see how professionally it now operates. The whole team have been extremely helpful to me in the last year and so very very supportive. Thanks to everyone.
I haven't been to this GP in a long time, a lot has changed, the phone call said it all, at reception staff don't seem to want to help and I don't just mean me, this confirms everything about why I haven't been to the GP in a long time because I knew a lot has changed, for all the wrong reasons. The waiting room scares me to death.nLeaving the GP was the best part.
I am thanking Dr. Jesus Owoniyi for ordering the diagnostic test for my son and informing me via phone regarding the diagnosis and medical management ordered by Dr. James Wong. I thank all the Doctors, Nurses and all the Staff who are making extra effort every day....in giving excellent, efficient quality of care.
The most unprofessional and unhelpful GP practise yet. Very unorganised, receptionists don’t even try to help the least, not too sure if they even have proper contact with the doctors on board or if the doctors really care for that matter. If you can recommend any other practise near you. Who ever is in charge of managing this place really needs to step up. Otherwise no use of having this practise open if they can’t even show some respect to their patients.
I am appalled that you can not get an urgent appointment on the same or next day. The last few times I have needed to see someone i’ve had to fill out a form on line and had to wait two weeks for an appointment. You cant even phone or go go into the surgery to make an appointment. I’ve had urgent scans that have been requested by a Dr and the hospital has not recieved them. This has happened twice in the last year.
