Such a lovely care home, beautifully decorated, smells lovely and clean. Staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone looked after and happy. Beautiful little cafe by the entrance where you can enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, cakes, pastries, fruits etc.nI highly recommend this Monfort Manor if you are looking for a home for your loved one.
I see a lot of care homes, and have to say, montfort Manor stands out. Firstly there is a nice atmosphere, the staff seem happy, and eager and able to help in any way they can. I was made the perfect cup of tea, and remembered how nice a good one can be.nnThe people in their care that I met seemed very happy, were clean and everywhere smelt pleasant. They take a lot of care with them. There is a lovely choice from menues each day, but this can still be changed to a personal preferance, and the hospitality offer this freely knowing the individual.nI'd go as far to say I'd happily move in!
The staff are very friendly and take great if my relative They have a great variety if daily events to get all residents involved. The place is always clean & well maintained.nnSince moving in my relative has been alot more at ease & said they feel very at home.
The care given is nothing short of brilliant, and all staff are remarkably cheerful, fun, friendly and caring, and Mum is very happy with you. From first impressions by telephone contact, to daily life there, Montfort Manor shines out above all others I visited, both in the Ashford area and in East Sussex.
What a lovely homely place amazing facilities, the staff are all very friendly and welcoming they all go that extra mile to ensure that every resident feel cates are met and each individual feels important and cared about.nThe home is kept at a high standard in cleaning , maintenance, hygiene and all other areas and best home I've been to in many years which I have visited and seen many different homes over the past 2 years montfort manor is by far the best and highest quality of standard I've known of by far well done to all of the staff at montfort manor as without each and everyone of you it would not be as phenomenal as u all help make it.
