I can highly recommend this practice. I was a nervous, new patient some years ago . The whole team went the extra mile to reassure me.  Very efficient state of the art practice. . . and I go back regularly that says it all .

I went for a consultation for invisaline. I had been to a few other places and was not too happy with the service. Elaine was fab honest and open about the treatment required, the treatment that was not urgent and the pricing. I will be using Willaston for my new smile without any reservations. Thank you for being friendly and open.

I am petrified of dentists and haven't sat in a dentist chair for over 16 years without sedation.

Throughout Christmas I have been suffering with toothache which became unbearable over the past 72 hours.

Between myself and my partner we must have called Willaston Dental a million times, each time we called they were helpful and calm. On Tuesday morning after my third sleepless night I decided I couldn't hold out any longer and just wanted my tooth out. I called the dentist at 9am and they had me in at 2pm.

Working with me step-by-step they kept me calm, they were extremely patient with how jumpy and unhelpful I was in the chair. They let me listen to music, allowed my partner to sit with me, kept giving me breaks to calm myself and before I knew it they were telling me I was done!

Elaine has made time for me every time I called, Yusra did the treatment with Nicola assisting yesterday. I couldn't be anymore grateful to them all. I have woken up this morning feeling like a new woman, it is the first day I've woken up in about 6 weeks without toothache and my entire jaw aching.

I'm going back next week to get a dental plan in place. So, from not being able to even walk through the door into reception to getting in the chair and having the treatment done is an epic occasion for me. I don't think I'd ever go to another dentist. It may be a small village practice, but it is absolutely first class. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
