Honest for everyone considering this dentist please do it. They chanced my life! I have severe scare for the dentist but ever sinds coming here they change that. They made me feel comfortable they were very kind and caring & compassionate!nnI grown up with a gap in my front teeth and grown up bullied by it, I also lost a teeth and because off all this I never smiled anymore. Because of them especially Rachel I smile again.nnIf possible I would’ve given 10 starts.nnThey are good with kids too, and think it’s important to start bringing them young so they avoided begging scared for the dentist and have positive experience. My son was in the chair before his first birthday and now he thankfully sees the dentist the same as a day out.nnMany thanks to everyone in the clinic but especially Rachel !!nnKind regards,
Had an emergency filling done at Willaston Dental Care and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and there was no waiting around at all. The dentist listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident. They use the best technology and truly care about their patients — highly recommend!
We have such a lovely dentist and always receive excellent, thorough care. My youngest is so excited to go to the dentist and always wants to be the first on the chair. I think that is a testimony in itself!nnI would like to add to the above review to share my most recent experience. I had a dental issue late at night and as it was too late to see an emergency dentist I needed to wait until the following morning. I arrived at Willaston Dental Care fully expecting to wait a long time to see my dentist, as I didn’t have an appointment. Or I expected to be told that I needed to go to the emergency out of hours dentist due to being fully booked, but instead I was seen immediately, had X-rays taken there and then and had the issue resolved. I am so grateful. I highly recommend Willaston Dental Care.
I left this practice feeling uneasy and frustrated. The overall environment is negative and uncomfortable, and it’s impossible not to notice the tension among staff. Hearing employees talk badly about one another while patients are present is highly unprofessional and creates a toxic atmosphere.nnInstead of feeling reassured or cared for, the experience felt rushed and transactional. There is a strong sense that financial priorities come before patient wellbeing, which is disappointing for a place that should be built on trust.nnThe pressure placed on patients regarding feedback is inappropriate and adds to the uncomfortable experience. Overall, this is not somewhere I would return to or recommend. There are far better dental practices that treat patients with respect and professionalism.nnAny response from the practice will not change my experience.”nThis often discourages further back-and-forth
Money-grabbing rubbish. This dentist is clearly more focused on money than on professionalism or patient care. I’m more than happy to pay whatever the cost is for good treatment, but this place is not about quality, it’s about profit.nnThe atmosphere is awful. Staff openly gossip and slag each other off, which is completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients. On top of that, you are pressured into leaving reviews and made to do it on the spot while they watch, clearly to force five-star ratings.nnAbsolutely disgusting behaviour. Unprofessional, money-orientated, and dishonest. Stay well clear especially if you’re considering Commors etc. There are far better, more ethical dentists out there.
