A short time ago I had some dental work carried out at The White House Dental Practice by Mark Dixon, he was recommended to me by a family member who also goes to this practice. I came to him after being mis-diagnosed and fobbed off by my previous dental practice who had carried out checks and work for me which was unnecessary, had not solved the problem and had charged me for the privilege. Before coming to Mark I had been in horrendous pain for weeks and was at my wits' end after not being able to sleep for most of that time with the pain and feeling like it was never going to go away. All I can say is thank goodness Mark was recommended to me! On the day I called up the surgery upon explaining what pain I was in he kindly fitted me in for emergency appointment with him at the end of his appointments that day. He carried out the same x-rays as the previous dentist had but clearly knew a lot more about what he was talking about as he knew what the problem was right away and explained to me I needed root canal in order to fix the problem. He started this for me on that day in order to take me out of pain. After that night, waking up the next morning no longer feeling it was the biggest relief!! I got a courtesy call from the practice the next day to ask how I was after the work he had done for me which I thought was so kind. 
After previous bad experience I had felt that I had lost total confidence in the dentist and was frightened to go, but Mark has such a lovely manner and a way of making you feel at ease and gives you total confidence in him that I would now not go anywhere else for my dental treatment. I stayed with Mark for the full course of my root canal treatment, which went on for a couple of months and had a crown fitted by him. At each meeting the work he did for me was great, he is so gentle and checks multiple times that you are comfortable with what he is doing. I went in for my crown fitting and although it did fit Mark is a perfectionist and was not happy it was perfect so had it remade for me at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. 
Overall the service I received from him and the practice was outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone. A massive thank you again to the practice and Mark in particular for all of the work they did for me and I will be seeing them again in the near future as I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else for any dental work ever again. Thank you so much.

Mark has looked after me for over 20 years and has been exceptional in his advice and care throughout this time. He  has a great personal and warm approach during every visit.  

Mark's ability to explain the proposed dental treament is very reassuring and detailed, making the treatment far more relaxed.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his staff to anyone who lives in the Wirral area. 

I personally travel 40 miles to attend my appointments.  On a final note l would like to thank him for some recent cosmetic detal work & tooth extraction which was once again excellent treatment.

Best dentist by far, Mark and his team are friendly and professional. I have had fillings and very recently veneers - excellent service for all of my treatments. Mark takes time to ensure everything is perfect and I am very pleased with my veneers and overall service from the practice.
