Reception wasn’t very autism friendly, and had us waiting quite awhile despite the dentist being ready, but sian was so understanding with my little sister and made it her job to make her feel comfortable and safe, and took her time despite my sister being anxious
Well I’m so pleasantly supprised I did not know the dentist had changed hands until I came in to get an emergency tooth extraction and found out my usual dentist had leftnnI can no fault this dentist, what so ever! the reception staff!! are so welcoming it’s so nice and such a refreshing change to be treated with a lovely smile, and for them not to add to the anxiety, that it is coming to the dentist. i have many mental health issues some include not beeing able to do most things with out somone so in the past coming to the dentist had it’s own challengers and had to have somone with me weather was my kids or not lol xx if it was not for an emergency I would have changed dentist so I gather things happen for a reason, because of the new management it’s such a pleasant place nothing is ever to much for any of them they all understand each and everyone’s different abilities and illnesses and are so understanding of the individual patients nothing is ever to much for them they deal with everything so quickly and efficiently and get straight to the cause and do everything in detail. I’m not sure if it is because of the change of hands but something has changed drastically and it’s for the better Thankyou for beeing so patient with me and my children and for beeing the way you all are it’s such a wonderful place to come to everyone is so lovely EVERYONE!!nThankyou againnToni xxxx
My experience with the dentist has been exceptional. I arrived extremely nervous and the team put me at ease immediately. My dentist Jane and her assistant were both so calming and professional. They were both very informative and reassuring. I would 100% recommend Allport Dental
