It's a reasonable branch. Smaller size than many stores. The best point about this store is convenient parking. Parking is on the roof top of the store. You do ahve to drive up a daunting looking narrow ramp but it's actually OK. I've driven up it in a saloon car as well as smaller cars- it appears narrow when you first see the gap. From the car park you access the store via a lift. The lift area at the top of the car park is a bit scruffy because it's exposed to the elements and wind tends to blow litter into that space. The lift itself is OK. It says it has CCTV so it doesn't feel too unsafe. It takes you directly into the ground floor of the Wilko's store. They do tend to run out of some of the more popular dog food/ treats, or some of the items which are on good offers. I don't mind this store. Staff seem nice. Doesn't usually have bad ques.
Staff were exceptional in this trip. My card was refused no reason why the staff were helpful
Used to be a great shop, recently seems to have far less stock and some items were completely out when I went
Shop full of bargains, why would you shop elsewhere. No parking restrictions. Car park entrance is a bit of a tight fit as the scrapes on the walls will testify.
Very small store but has some decent things in, the peterlee branch does look a little run down
Always queues. Never enough staff for the tills. Usually we'll stocked.
Great store, loads of good bits for the house and DIY projects, good sized shop with lots of stock
I don't know why but I always forget what I want when I go into this shop. But I always get something.
Fab shop, prices are very competitive, it's always my first stop shop
Used to be useful for finding those odd bits and pieces, but finding it less useful than it used to be.
