Had to return a faulty product. No problem. Staff were very helpful.
Ordered on line on Friday and they promised me that they will have in store today yeah right never got it they kept saying its in transit since 9.30am
Friendly staff and clean and tidy shop and great variety of products to purchase!!
Staff nice enough but the older manager with the short hair was an absolute waste of space. So rude and abrupt. Staff seemed friendly on the shop floor. It was a trek to get the item 55mile round trip but I will be checking it off the list of Argos stores I’m willing to travel to.
Waited outside of Argos since 8:00am this morning and when I came to purchase my item they refused to sell me my item even though I was paying with card, will definitely never be back. staff are useless and just in general not an organised company.
Tried ordering toys for Xmas pick up tomorrow. But won't keep till weds only day I can pick up even tho its paid for...lots of toys out of stock 6 weeks before Xmas no wonder people go to toys r us and smiths better customer service
Argos is actually a good place to shop, I regularly check here before buying from Amazon or ebay as it has at times been a lot cheap and always similar in price. Peterlee Argos is a decent store with a good selection, they have good staff and its always clean and tidy.
Bought hubby a new television
Staff don't know how to treat their customers ridiculous service at Peterlee argos
Each time I visit this location, which is rare mind you, there is always someone to greet and assist me and the employees are friendly and reasonably cheerful.
