As I work locally , we visit Asda a couple of times a week. Usually go for coffee., the staff service is great, especially Paula. Always seems happy to see us, remembers what drinks we want. Staff always seem really busy, but we always get service with a smile. Thank you for making us feel like a valued customer. Looking forward to seeing you on our next visit. Pam

Absolutely disgusting service. I was accused of stealing, literally seconds after paying and holding my receipt.

I have had many experiences here and I am yet to have a positive one staff all look depressed I’m 18yo and was doing a weekly shop just wandering round as you do until I noticed that on every isle there seemed to be a member of staff appear as I turned the corner so I finish my shopping and head to the exit when I’m asked to step back inside by the manager of Peterlee Asda who then searched my bags and found absolutely nothing but I still did not get an apologies I have never been so embarrassed in all my life

I feel the management need to remind checkout staff that not all customers are what they seem. Some like myself have physical and mental health problems. My checkout experience today was horrendous. The member of staff was miserable and no help at all. My groceries were piling up as I was unable to keep up and at no point did she offer to help just kept piling it up. I became very anxious sweating profusely but still no offer of help . She just repeatedly asked for payment. Surely you cannot condone such disgusting lack of customer service. Unfortunately my normal lady is on holiday as she is so cheerful and helpful. I will not return until I know she is back.

It's a supermarket so nothing wildly insane about my trip. Pizza counters a little slow and scrimp on the tomato sauce though.
