Visited yesterday, Women sorting out the stock and the young woman on the till - Fantastic service, but Wow I really grumpy old woman could not be bothered to look for a price, Customer service dreadful, What started off as a good visit went downhill plus a moaning chap in a blue face mask, moaning because I was holding up the line, but nobody came and opened up another till.
Amazing and friendly staff, but the selection of certain products is limited.
Slightly smaller than other Wilkos but still offers a sizeable range of products. Handy and right in the town centre of Chepstow. Whatever you can't get here you can likely fulfil in one shopping trip by visiting either Tescos and / or Screwfix in one outing.
My favourite shop in the whole world. How sad is that? The products and value for money are great.
Good selection and choice of products, staff helpful, but, disappointed they have stopped selling Lottery tickets.
Spent much more than planned, don't have one near us, kids toys were excellent for grandchildren, 30 jumbo crayons£2 , 10 mini dolls £10, and lovely craft set 1.50
Great shop, lots of different handy stuff in there
All the shelves were neatly stacked and items priced accordingly, nice to find items quickly and at a competitive price point. Checkout was friendly and efficient, with customers jostling for a quick shoving into line, being served ASAP. A well maintained and managed store, worth a visit.
Chepstow and just over the Severn Bridge is a very picturesque town on the River Severn
