What a shame they are closing in Grantham! Wilko is my go to store for most things and I will really miss it. Great range, excellent prices and fabulous staff.

This branch is not as big as others in local towns, but it is well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful.  During lockdown, the staff are monitoring customer numbers and reminding people to maintain social distancing in store, which is better than most local shops. Plus the store has maintained a good standard of cleanliness.

Good Covid safety, wide aisles, plenty of choices in toiletries, d.i.y., household goods, garden tools etc., pet food and care. Staff very helpful. Now have new checkouts for card users and wipe down after use.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Shelves are well stocked and they have a good variety of products. Really good system for social distancing and following covid guidelines too.

Buy your own shopping, WHAT ,bring back the tills, sometimes it the only time I get too talk to someone, now I really will be talking to myself, Is that all madame, "oh I forgot something", no worries madame, just go and get it yourself,  OK them I will, x
