Went into Newark store yesterday to collect a new catalogue having an idea to change some guttering Diane asked if she could help . I’ve never done any guttering before and had only a rough idea of what was required. Diane very kindly guided me through what we needed all I had was a very rough shopping list I.E. post that goes down , corner bit etc and a photograph She worked through my list and I came away with everything necessary - result . Diane even saved me money by suggesting buying a multi pack. My hubby was well impressed !!! This kind of service is so so rare these days. I was very grateful for her help and guidance - it was greatly appreciated I’ll defiantly shop here again Thank you very much Diane
Very helpful staff, always have a good selection of products in stock. I've used screwfix for years but recently they're customer services have be shocking and they never have anything in stock with sometimes it being a weeks wait. Switched over to using tool station about 2 months back instead of screwfix and I can't rate them highly enough. Today is the 1st time something I wanted hasn't been in stock and they kindly arranged free next day delivery to my home address. The staff here are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much bother.
Just want to say how very kind and friendly Diane has been every single time we go to store. She is very helpful and knowledgeable! Cannot recommend her enough! Thank you for all that you do for us Diane you are one in a million
Ordered on Sunday, for next day collection. Was notified on Tuesday it was ready. Went Wednesday morning and the wrong item had been delivered to store! Good job it wasn't an emergency!
Diane was very helpful... I couldnt find my item in the catalogue 3 way plug in adaptors and she very quickly and efficiently helped me despite being under pressure and apparently working alone with a big queue of customers.. Well done Diane..
George & Diane were fantastic today. They had everything I asked for and served me with a smile on their face! Plus it was the end of the day.
Served by a lady called Diane. Did not have a clue of what I was doing or needed. Had to buy a door handle and a dishwasher extension pipe. She was lovely and talked me through everything I needed and explained what I needed to do. Excellent service.
Excellent experience, found everything I needed apart from one item which they arranged to be ordered and home delivered the next day. Diane was really helpful and knowledgeable, overall really good branch :
