Not a single time have I come here and found what I was looking for; it's all out of stock, always! Double sided tape? No! Maybe cutlery? Nope! Perhaps bin bags? Of course not! Surely they'll have mixing bowls? No! It's been like that for at least a year. What a waste of space!
It's town centre shopping , so support it or it will disappear like so many others. Guys will like the pick and mix on screws, washers, nuts and bolts etc. Lots of household items at sensible prices.
Went in today for a particular item. We were lucky that Jamie was working nearby. We were right at the back of the store. Jamie very kindly went to the tills at the front of the store twice for us. He was extremely helpful and we really appreciated this. He is an excellent example and a credit to Wilko.
Lots of choice on homeware, cleaning products, even have supplies for mobile phones laptops etc like headphones and memory cards. What I really like are all the indoor plants, there's a huge choice at great value and they are in really lovely ceramic pots. Would make a great present for someone. Very convenient location too.
Good value products, friendly staff. I would advise against purchasing their live plants, they are often in poor health or riddled with pests.
Very sad to lose my local Wilko stores - have always enjoyed lots of bargains in the past - will definitely miss them.
Good range of products and staff very helpful compared to most shop assistants nowadays the self service is totally different to the normal ones and very difficult to use but instead of having labels and/or instructions theres a little man that screeches "click the green trigger" at everyone firstly thats rude and unprofessional and secondly it's very unsettling
Wilko's is a really good store, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the store is clean and tidy and has hand sanitiser near the front door. There is plenty to choose from and plenty of ranges of products, like stationary, pet products, cleaning products, chocolate and sweets, paint and tools and bedding etc. Very pleased with how I've been treated over the years and the prices are very good as well. Will be coming back soon. Thank you.
Went to wilkos for 3 specific items - didnt have any! The young staff were not very enthusiastic when I asked for help in finding said items. The store seemed a bit shabby and under stocked?
Great prices, wide variety of goods Back to school range is especially nice. if you are a buff for do-it-yourself the upstairs has some gems you could use. the environment and ambience is very good too. Whole store is well lit up A very good shopping experience and there is free wifi. A real life saver!
