Great customer service. I was served by Ian who was helpful and patient with my order. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays and being able to go into a store and have this kind of experience makes a very welcome change. Brilliant, especially given the strange circumstances in the world at the moment.
Brilliant staff excellent cheaper than other competitors
Kate offered top service despite the store having to stay open during the pandemic crisis, everything was handled well, products were as needed with good stock given the circumstances. The owners of toolstation however, should really provide more care and put proper measures in place to protect its amazing staff and the general public at the pressing time
Have been going here for years. The price is very good and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. Special mentions for Rob, Kate, Joao and Charly who always do their best to help me if I have a query or am unsure of what I need.
Lovely people, they helped me find what i needed when they didnt have something in stock and took the time to talk to me about what i needed the items for. They gave me alternatives which i could choose from.Everyone socially distanced and wearing masks and gloves which is great.
The girl behind the counter, Kate I believe her name was. She helped with a bit of advice with a smile and great customer service. Made a newbie DIYer feel at Easy. Thanks Kate.
Extremely friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Wasn't entirely sure what I needed and the lady there listed my available options and gave some suggestions for me to try. Always my go-to place for hardware supplies.
Only one person serving but two chatting round the back. No one on clicampus and collect despite the only one serving allow busy calling for assistance and got none. Very slow poor service and very disappointing. Better service when served outside during peak covid times.
