Can’t recommend Watson’s enough! I was a first time renter and the team guided me through each step and I’ve been in my lovely home 2 yrs now.  Excellent communication from all departments. Any maintenance issues are handled swiftly by the lovely Angie, who is super efficient and friendly. Mike Hall visits regularly to carry out inspections and is a delight, always professional, courteous and good humoured. Would definitely recommend

Great Experience as a first time landlord with Watsons Lettings, Leighton Buzzard. Nothing too much trouble and the team  guided us through the process from start to finish. Had a choice of tenants after 1st viewing. Gavin, Sarah, Gill and the rest of the team really approachable and so far so good,  would definitely use/recommend again.

Watsons have been fantastic so far through my renting experience. Very quick to respond to any issues, and always so polite and helpful. Miles better than my previous agency, who shall remain nameless.

Watsons have always been so professional and helpful when  renting through them which I have done for over 5 years now. Sarah and Gavin are lovely and so helpful all the time, I really couldn't fault them in any way. I highly recommend Watsons lettings agent.

We’ve been with Watson’s over 2 years. Great team that are responsive and helpful. So far we’ve had a good overall experience renting through them. The only downside is the constant need to check the property every 3 months, a little too intrusive.

We have been using Watsons for a few years now as our letting agents, can’t fault them excellent service to both us and our tenants. Five stars just doesn’t seem enough well done excellent friendly Knowledgeable staff. If your looking for an agent or looking for a property to rent give them a call

Watsons have been brilliant which is why we have used them for the last 10 years. Staff are friendly, communication is excellent and they are fast and efficient at sorting out any problems.  They make sure we are kept up to date and we have everything we need - thank you Watsons!

I have dealt with Sarah and the team at Watsons and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to tenants or people looking to rent their property out through an agency. They are professional and super helpful. I cant speak highly enough of my dealings with them.
