As a complete contrast to the previous “review” which appears to be more of an embittered rant, Louise Chapman dealt with my extremely complex and unusual divorce settlement and I found her to be absolutely first class. She was very thorough in every way and I found her to be entirely ethical, even when a point in question wasn’t necessarily in my favour. What I wanted in a solicitor was a very knowledgeable, dedicated and clear communicator who I felt I could trust completely. That’s exactly what I got from Louise Taylor, and I would engage her again without question.

I used Louise Taylor from the family department and she was useless for no legal reason possible I've never seen my kids again don't be so stupid as to trust these solicitors 12 years on I'm still trying to get justice for their failings. when i made a complaint to them they made it quite clear they were not bothered, the second person i wouldn't use is Gordon Holt hes a very sly character. They are a bunch of criminals that do deals with your opponent. Don't find out the hard way go another solicitors. If you want to know the full story search my name on Google. But they keep applying to Google to have the story removed despite denying they did nothing wrong. Surely if you did nothing wrong you wouldn't mind the public seeing the facts to your actions. But that alone tells the truth. I would say this firm is useless but their not even close to that good. Having pointed out to their complaints department I was swiftly told to shut it and sod off basically. That's family law at its best. Not

I was recommended this Solicitor by a colleague and I have nothing but praise for them. Mr Tean Butcher represented me and I found him to be courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and most professional. I would most definitely use them again should the need arise and would do so with the utmost confidence.

Friend is being represented by these solicitors and has nothing but long waits, lack of communication and lies off solicitor. Don't trust them anymore and won't recommend.
